Grand Unal Hotel

From the moment we checked in, we were welcomed and felt at home. We were originally given a smaller room than what we had selected, however, the management quickly sorted us out and from then on our stay was very pleasant. The breakfast was amazing with gorgeous views overlooking the Sea of Marmara and friendly yellow legged gulls that visited us every morning as we had our breakfast. The location was also fantastic, and we found things were not as expensive as in Taxim. We would definitely love to stay here again! We thank the wonderful management and hotel staff from the bottom of our hearts, as they even arranged for breakfast early in the morning as we had to depart for our next destination in Turkey!

Overall, my experience at this hotel in Istanbul was quite positive. The staff members were excellent, providing attentive and friendly service throughout my stay. What stood out to me was the peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal retreat after a busy day exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel's location was fantastic, situated conveniently close to both the metro station and various shopping areas, making it easy to navigate and explore the city.

The Hotel situated in a good spot. Everything is close by. All staff are friendly and helpful. All credit goes to receptionist CANER. First of all we are given a small double bedroom. It was too tight for two people. I requested Mr CANER to change our room to a family room. Next morning he changed our room to a family room without any extra cost. Breakfast Bar food selection was good. Mr Ahmed in the breakfast Bar was very friendly and helpful.

It is very close to Yenikappi station (5 min on foot) where you have access to all means of transport.The room was cute and clean and the staff very polite and always available to help.Our booking request for staying in a high floor was granted immediately.All in all, it was a decent choice for its value.

We stayed at Grand Ünal Hotel and had a great time! Breakfast was served every morning in a beautiful hall, with plenty of delicious options. Our room was super clean, cleaned every day, and we got fresh towels daily. Everyone at the hotel was really polite! The reception staff were always ready to help with anything we needed, and the service team was friendly and always smiling. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and clean hotel in Istanbul!
